Documentary film "The Truth About Killing" (2004)
The documentary "The Truth About Killing" reveals the essence of what war is. Millions of men who have never shot anyone believe that they could become real soldiers. But in reality, war is an environment that will psychologically debilitate 98 percent of all who participate in it since the average and healthy individual has a strong inner resistance to killing. And the 2% who are not driven insane by war and are really effective soldiers, apparently, had psychopathic tendencies before coming to the battlefield.
Let's take a closer look at all the evidence behind this conclusion (episode one), and what actions are taken by the military to overcome soldiers' resistance to killing and increase their combat capability, and whether they really succeed (episode two).
